Malgré une influence notable provenant des Thai et des Cambodgiens, l’architecture du Laos a quand même son caractère original à travers ses pagodes célèbres trouvées à Luang Pra Bang et Vientiane. On trouve partout au Laos des pagodes, ce qui me donne la conviction que les Laotiens ont la ferveur bouddhique et sont orientés toujours vers la spiritualité. Les Laotiens sont de nature très pacifique. Lors de mon séjour au Laos, je n’étais jamais inquiet de rentrer tardivement le soir comme au Vietnam.
Despite a notable influence from the Thai and Cambodians, the architecture of Laos still has its original character through its famous pagodas found in Luang Prabang and Vientiane. Pagodas are found everywhere in Laos, which convinces me that the Laotians have a Buddhist fervor and are always oriented towards spirituality. Laotians are naturally very peaceful. During my stay in Laos, I was never worried about returning late at night as I was in Vietnam.
Kiến trúc ở Lào có cái đặc trưng của nó nhất là qua các chùa chiền nổi tiếng ở Luang Prabang hay Vientiane dù nó có ảnh hưởng ít nhiều của người Thái và người Cao miên. Ở Lào, ở đâu, cũng thấy chùa chiền cả khiến mình có thể nhận định rằng người Lào rất trọng đạo Phật và sống nhiều về tâm linh lắm. Người dân cũng hiền hoà. Lúc mình đến đây trong thời gian du lịch, không bao giờ mình cảnh giác lo sợ đi chơi về khuya như ở Việt Nam.
